The measurement of the human body is known as Anthropometry.The category of human body measurement has been used as anthropometrics’s data which allows data to be taken from individual results of BMI, Waist height to the ratio of the hip and the person body fat percentages so that the measurements can help classify how an individual body result is different from others.

The research question for this report is ”If the modern diet modified the way of human distribute of their body fat stores, similar to that greater proportion of the stored viscerally?”

From 1970’s the diet has changed into a modern diet as the human start store their fats in the body indifferently and the food they used which contains the huge level of fats and carbohydrate.Some food that have high level of GI (Glycemic index)that affect the glucose of blood when the food has been eaten by its own as their elements appetites for specific nature of foods which could start to eat over continuously and as it also discharge glucose expeditiously where those food has lowest GI (Glycemic index) to releases slowly and substantially glucose which towards into bloodstream. The faster-recovering speed held on high GI when it starts leads after arduous exercise where the lowest level of GI helps to decrease the weight as it can make feel fuller for a person for a long time.

Glycaemia measures the total quantity and quality of GI value, also the high carbohydrate or fat foods which are being able to increase glucose into the blood after eating foods. There are some study has been done based on the sex and ethnic pattern  of total body fat (TBF) where it has proven that Africa Americans ethnic are consist with high total body fat compare to whites.Moreover, African Americans consist with more Subcutaneous adipose tissue (SAT) where Whites are consist with more visceral adipose tissue (VAT).Females got total body fat (TBF) than male.
