Parc’s Parking
lot is an answer to the growing issue of traffic in Cebu, and the Stress that
accumulates along with it.

 

 

 

II. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Parc’s Parking
Lot will be a four-story parking lot establishment that offers not only
affordable parking spaces, but also specialized food and beverages services and
carwash. Approximately occupying 180 feet by 242 feet (1 Acre), the first three
floors are reserved for parking services with 160 spaces per floor. We will
offer French fries, hamburgers, pizza, sandwiches and numerous café beverages
as part of our restaurant menu situated on the fourth floor, as well as an
established space for carwash services.

The
establishment will be owned and operated by Janice Park and Arcturus Jerome B.
Gonzales, both of whom shares at 7 years of experience working on high class
hotels and restaurants in Afghanistan.

The
entrepreneurial partners will be purchasing a 4 acre empty space near Talamban
market.

Sales projections assume 1680 customers per week
resulting in weekly sales of just over Php 403,000.00, or Php 4,836,000.00 annually.
